Yes, you’re welcome to pass your ticket on to a friend or sell it if you can no longer attend. Our official resale partner is Tixel.com, which provides a safe and secure way to transfer tickets.

Alternatively, you can simply give your ticket to someone else to use. Just keep in mind that each ticket contains a unique QR code that can only be scanned once at the venue. Duplicates will not be accepted, so be careful how and with whom you share your ticket.

WIG & TONIC reserves the right to alter the date, venue, entertainment, or line-up without prior notice. While we strive to deliver the best experience possible, no warranty is made regarding the view of the stage or overall layout.

Please choose your tickets carefully. In line with the UK’s Consumer Rights Act 2015 and EU consumer protection guidelines, refunds are not offered in the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind or personal circumstances
  • Failure to attend the event
  • Changes to the advertised line-up, schedule, or performers
  • Event dissatisfaction
  • Late arrival
  • Being refused entry or removed from the event
  • Weather conditions (including rain, wind, or extreme heat/cold)
  • Fear of exposure to illness, including COVID-19

No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of tickets if you or your guest(s) are removed or choose not to attend any part of the event.

Discretionary Credits or Refunds

In certain extenuating circumstances, such as illness or emergency, WIG & TONIC may offer a credit voucher or discretionary refund. Supporting documentation, such as a valid medical certificate, may be required. Any refund or credit offered will cover ticket value only and exclude booking or transaction fees.

Event Cancellation

In the unlikely event that a show is fully cancelled (not postponed or rescheduled), a full refund of the ticket value will be issued to the original purchaser.

Line-Up or Group Shows
For events featuring multiple performers, your ticket is for the event as a whole, not for any specific individual within the advertised line-up. In accordance with UK and EU consumer law and standard live event industry policy, if one or more performers are unable to attend, the event may still proceed and your ticket will remain valid. Refunds will not be issued on this basis.

Most WIG & TONIC events are 18+, but we do host a range of 14+ and 16+ shows as well. Age restrictions vary depending on the venue, city, and country, so please refer to the ticketing page or the event listing on our official website for specific details.

You’ll see the age classification clearly marked on each event’s ticket button (e.g. 18+ or 14+).

  • For 18+ events, all attendees must present valid photo ID to gain entry.
  • For 14+ or 16+ events, anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a ticket-holding parent or guardian who is 18 or over.

Please check the listing carefully before purchasing to ensure the event is suitable for your age group.

In some cases, we may be able to transfer your ticket to another event or issue a voucher so you can rebook. Please contact us via our support page with your order details and request.

: A small transfer fee may apply. This is charged at the discretion of WIG & TONIC.

Your tickets should be available in your account under your original order confirmation. If you haven’t received them, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you’re still unable to locate them, contact us via our support page and we’ll be happy to re-issue them.

Please note
: For privacy reasons, only the original ticket purchaser can request tickets to be re-sent. We are unable to issue tickets to anyone other than the email address used at the time of purchase.

Most Meet & Greet photos are now taken on the spot using your own device, so you have quick and immediate access to them. In some cases, photos may be taken by a professional photographer. If so, a private gallery link will be emailed to ticket holders within one week after the event.

If you purchased an upgrade at the venue or through a reselling platform, please contact us via our support page with details of the show you attended so we can share the gallery link with you.

You may be denied entry to, or removed from, an event if there are reasonable grounds to do so. This includes, but is not limited to, breaches of these Terms and Conditions, intoxication, being under the influence of illicit drugs, inappropriate attire, or behaviour that adversely affects the enjoyment of others.

Entry conditions include the following:

  • Professional cameras or other photographic/recording equipment are not permitted unless explicitly approved.
  • You may be required to submit to a search of your person and/or possessions upon entry.
  • Unless otherwise stated, all events are strictly 18+.
  • In accordance with venue, police, and liquor licensing requirements, only the following forms of ID will be accepted:
    • A current photo driver’s licence
    • A current passport
    • An accepted Proof of Age card

Anyone causing a disturbance or refusing to comply with security instructions will be removed from the event. Anti-social behaviour or any breach of conditions -inside or outside the venue - may result in refusal of entry or ejection without refund.

WIG & TONIC and the venue accept no liability for any loss, injury, or damages sustained at or entering the event.

By entering the event, you consent to being filmed or photographed. These materials may be used for marketing or promotional purposes.

WIG & TONIC works with all venues to provide dedicated viewing areas and limited seating for patrons requiring assistance. We also honour valid Essential Companion tickets (UK), and Personal Assistant tickets (EU). If you require accessibility support, please contact us via our support page before purchasing tickets to confirm suitable options. If you already have tickets, please get in touch at least one week before the event so we can assist accordingly.

Due to the high volume of enquiries, please contact us via the form on our website rather than through our social media channels.
